Terms and Conditions
Appointment Bookings & Cancellation
To protect the outcome of your dog’s training, all package sessions must be pre-booked and purchased at least 48 hours in advance of commencement. To enable the maximum effect of training, clients must commit to the full training package. Missed sessions will not be refunded, and payment for the session forfeited. To ensure the success of training, clients may need book additional sessions to make up for any missed (no cancellations).*
*Injury, illness, and extreme circumstances will be considered as exceptions.
Training Session Times
Training sessions will be available Tuesday-Friday at 2pm and 4pm.
Transfer Sessions
Transfer sessions are critical to the success of your dog’s training program. Equally important to one-on-one sessions, transfer sessions allow all of your dog’s new skills to be “transferred” to a new handler (that’s you!). Because of this, clients are required to commit to every transfer session in the package*. Missed sessions will not be refunded and will hinder the success of the training done for you.
*The importance of these sessions to meeting your goals cannot be stressed highly enough. Please schedule them carefully.
Payment
Payment in full is required ahead of services beginning. Accepted methods are: Bank transfer or credit cards.
Refunds will not be offered, the success of training depends on collaboration between both the owner and trainer.
